Mark Hudson, Managing Director
Mark is a former member of the ACTS-HK team and served as Managing Director.  He has a degree in Chemistry and has spent his entire career in the quality management of various consumer products companies, including Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products, ACTS Testing Labs and b.little + company.  In addition to his technical expertise, Mark is an experienced manager who led the exponential growth of ACTS’ Hong Kong facility in the 1990’s.  Mark offers clients a knowledgeable and practical perspective to their ongoing quality assurance needs.  His commitment to the client is legendary and we are fortunate to have him on our team.

Alan Wong, Ph.D., Quality Assurance Manager
Alan holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and is Manager of the QA Department at ANSECO. A former member of the ACTS-HK team, Alan has many years of experience in consumer products testing and consulting.  He has earned a well respected reputation in the industry and is eager to put his expertise to work for you.

Dr. Shee Ann Leung, Global Technical Services Manager
Ann holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from Imperial College in London, England. She has over 7 years experience in consumer products testing including the monitoring of global regulatory changes and the creation of client protocols for toys, hardlines and softlines. Ann’s expertise is vital to the growth of our regulatory and standards library, preparation of client protocols and our participation on ASTM committees and at technical conferences. She is a tremendous asset to the ANSECO Team as well as our clients.

Keff Lau, Physical Laboratory ManagerKeff comes to ANSECO with an excellent reputation, commitment to high standards, and first rate analytical, design and problem solving skills.  Keff will be managing the team in the Physical Laboratory.  He holds a Masters degree in Science as well as a Masters degree in the Art of Global Business Management.  He has held leadership positions at Q.P.L. Limited, Mattel, Bureau Veritas and TUV Rheinland.  Keff's practical knowledge, technical proficiency and frequent interface with the technical teams in the USA, will ensure globally consistency throughout ANSECO Group.

Vincent Chow, Chemistry Laboratory Assistant Manager
With a Masters degree of Science in Analytical Chemistry and a proven track record at CTL, Samwoo Chemical Ltd., and Compass Technology Company, Vincent joins the ANSECO team as Supervisor of the Chemistry Lab.   His energy and attention to detail will ensure accuracy of results for our clients.  Working closely with the Chemical Lab in Buffalo, Vincent is committed to providing clients with technical consistency in both the application and interpretation of testing standards.

Eugene Wong, Business Development Manager
Beginning with ACTS–HK and then Bureau Veritas–HK, Eugene has been serving the toy retailer and vendor communities for their testing and quality assurance needs for over 18 years.  Eugene holds a Bachelor's degree with double major in Economics and Psychology. He truly understands the dilemma of today's clients who need to comply with the ever increasing laws and safety regulations but want to save costs as well. He is committed to offer clients cost effective means to meet their unique needs. Paushia Leung, Administrative Manager
